This page explains how to request account and data deletion.
Deleting your account
To delete your account please send an email to help@diy.org with the account email. We will make sure billing your subscription is cancelled, your account is closed, and your relevant data is deleted.
Deleting your data
Data created within the DIY product can be deleted by navigating to the created content and selecting the delete button. Additionally individual child accounts can be deleted from the parent portal, deleting their associated data. If you need further assistance, please contact us at help@diy.org.
