What is it?
Take a trip to the Savannah! Do Yoga poses inspired by the animals of the Savannah. Also learn a very special breathing exercise and yogic values! Please prepare an anti-slip mat, wear comfortable clothing, tie long hair and keep a water bottle handy for this session. Make sure to not eat anything for at least 30 min before you start.
